Fees include several meals: which ones depends on the hub and will be specified here. The conference banquet is also included if the conference registration is paid before July 20, since we need to finalize catering numbers ahead of the banquet venue.
To register, please complete the form below. Once you register, we will contact you within 5 days via email to confirm your registration. In order to save costs, we will mainly use PayPal (with alternative Venmo and credit card options). If you register by June 11, you should receive an invoice with payment instructions by June 12. We will continue to send invoices after June 12, approximately every 3 days. The early-bird-rate payment due date is June 22, 2026.
